Langmitra offers various subscription plans (monthly, annual). Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for annual subscriptions, subject to our refund policy.

By submitting content (such as voice recordings or feedback), you grant Langmitra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and improve our services. You retain ownership of your content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC LEARNING OUTCOMES.
Langmitra is an educational tool and is not a substitute for professional language instruction or certification programs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANGMITRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Langmitra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
